Meals create the rhythmic backbone for retreats at Antara. Our vision is to provide nutrient dense, locally-sourced, and seasonally oriented meals for the people that pass through our doors. We are committed to supporting our local food systems and are deeply grateful to the Taos farmers that grow our produce when in season. Meals at Antara are vegetarian.
